Summer Training Throughout August
Summer break has arrived and to maintain your fitness Soundwell swimming club has organised fitness classes with impact gym. This will give swimmers the opportunity to maintain fitness levels whilst socialising with friends outside of the pool environment and continue to build on team spirit and bonds. We hope to see you there, but there are limited spaces. Please reserve yourself a place and sign up on the club Notice Board.
The cost is £6 per session and will run on the following dates:
Wednesday 3rd August, 19:00-20:00
Wednesday 10th August, 19:00-20:00
Wednesday 17th August, 19:00-20:00
Wednesday 24th August, 19:00-20:00
Wednesday 31st August, 19:00-20:00
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.
