This year's 3 Counties Competition will be held at GL1 on 9th July. Warm up starts at 12.30pm, races start 1.30pm. Attached is the team sheet for this gala, please could you inform your swimmers if they have been selected and ask them to reply to James Richards (richardsjames@hotmail.co.uk) if they are able to attend within two weeks (9th April) to confirm their place. If James has not had a response by then he will start looking to find a replacement. Please note the selection process for this gala was based on fastest ranked times, and therefore some swimmers may only be required to swim one event.
